Setting up a S.L.U company in Spain for re-investing?

Hello!
Is it possible to set up a S.L.U company in Spain and not take 100% of the profits? I will earn more money than I need to take out as salary and I may want to re-invest the rest in marketing, assets or maybe employees. I've seen some say that this can't be done and you will be taxed as you were an "autonomo", is that really true?
Let's say you earn 200k EUR per year and you only need 30k EUR in salary, what would be the best structure for reinvesting in the company?

You can do that. In fact most business people do that. You won't be able to avoid 100% of the taxes. You will need to pay 25% of the profits as corporate tax. Just make sure the intention is to have an actual company and not just hide your personal job behind a company or you may have problems with hacienda. As long as you plan on hiring people you won't have any problems. One last thing, from the first year you have profits and you pay corporate tax onwards you will have to pay the current year's tax and the estimated tax for next year's profit, so make sure to have money in the bank. This came as a surprise to me.

Spent half an hour typing this post out on my phone. I highlighted it so I could "copy" it for a quick back up should a network error or something happen while submitting it, causing me to lose the text... my thumb slipped and I hit "paste" instead, replacing it all with the above face.

I decided to start a challenge run on the PS4 yesterday, limiting myself to the following rules:
- Capped at SL 10
- Capped at WL +1
- Boss weapons are capped at +0 due to their double scaling.
- Limited to only items/gear found during this run. No gifting end game for early game twinking.
- The one exception is the Untrue Dark Ring thanks to Yoel and his 5 levels.
So far the run is going pretty good, having made it to Road of Sacrifices while occasionally breaking for some Jolly Co-Op/Invasions at High Wall. The only downside is just how lonely it gets beyond High Wall.
I'm curious if anyone willing to limit themselves by the same rules would be interested in joining me on this run? I can only imagine the end game levels or DLC with a party of 3-4 SL 10 chars would be worth remembering.

i play a no level up thief character (SL 5 i think)
only has items found on that character.

uses poison bandit dagger +2, flame +2, shortbow. (spells - chaos fire orb)

It took over two months for my order to arrive, and while waiting I found a Facebook group called Scammed by Magnetic SL. Hundreds of members saying they haven’t received after months of waiting, fake tracking numbers on shipments, others getting stuff damaged or missing pieces. Many efforts to post reviews on trustpilot get removed, all insta and Facebook blocked or comments deleted. What’s up Kourtney??? Anyone else?
